A touring club, not a racing one
Since 1924 we have been riding the roads and villages of inland Valencia. No numbers, no stopwatch, and nobody left behind.
What we do
We run rides all year round, on a calendar published well in advance. Each one has its destination, its meeting point and its route, and almost always a stop for breakfast along the way. We leave together and we come back together.

Touring, not racing
The club was born organising races and went on to run the biggest events in Valencia, but today its activity is touring. We ride to see places and enjoy the road, not to win it.
As a group, at the group's pace
Rides have regrouping points and nobody is left on their own. The pace is set by the whole group, which is why members of very different ages and abilities ride together.
A century of continuity
A hundred unbroken years of riding out from the same city. It is what makes the Peña one of the oldest clubs in Spain, and what sustains its archive and its museum clubhouse.

The clubhouse
The club owns its clubhouse in the Fuente de San Luis neighbourhood, which doubles as a museum of Valencian cycling: it holds vintage bicycles, photographs and records spanning a century of activity.
